About Mary Spain

About

Mary grew up on the East Coast and in the mountains of Idaho. She was a competitive horseback rider, skier, sailor and tennis player. She spent her high school years in Sun Valley where I learned the importance of being out in nature and following her passions. She understood that to be excellent she must embody commitment, determination and hard work. It is with these values, instilled at such an early age, that she founded Spain Integrative in 2012. After spending much of her adult life working for The New York Times and Brant Publications she followed her passion, leaving the corporate world to help others optimize health and wellness and find their own passion, purpose and power. 

Mary believes in the mind and body’s innate ability to heal and to thrive. She works closely with functional and integrative doctors, neurologists psychiatrists and psychologists in both New York and Los Angeles. She has offices on the East and West Coasts, and in her free time can be found hiking in the mountains or riding on horseback!
