What we eat and drink has a powerful effect on our ability to focus, mental clarity, mood, relationships and stress levels. Nutrient dense food is our fuel and can be our medicine. I will help you understand the profound effect your food and lifestyle choices have on your body, mind and spirit and how these choices affect your energy, sleep cycles, gut and brain function, productivity, weight, immunity, skin and your overall sense of wellbeing. 

I practice a holistic and highly individualized approach to health and wellness- knowing what works for some, may not work for others.

I can help you:

  • Develop a nutrient dense food plan suited to your individual needs, preferences and goals
  • Introduce supplements into your daily regime
  • Manage unhealthy cravings like sugar, alcohol, caffeine and processed foods

  • Reduce stress through deep breathe work with understanding of masters such as Wim Hoff and Andrew Weil
  • Develop a meditation practice, such as TM Transendental Meditation, and Jon Kabet Zinn Mindefulness Meditation and more
  • Explore alternative therapies to restore optimum wellness such as acupuncture, rolfing, reiki, osteopathy and more

My personal experience and education create a framework for discovery and growth. I am a Holistic Health Coach certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I trained at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (offered thru Teacher’s College at Columbia University) where I studied over 60 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, innovative coaching methods of some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. I am currently in a training with Dr. Leslie Korn at Harvard University studying the effect of nutrition and supplementation  on mental health. 

Thru this commitment to change, my clients build the confidence needed to move forward living new daily lifestyle habits that are sustainable and effortless.
